Kimberly was introduced to yoga 10 years ago when she began her degree in Mind Body Medicine in Boston. While studying the biological and psychological effects of meditation and yoga, she became a dedicated student, loving the freedom it granted her mind and body. She knew no matter what was happening in her outer world, she could find balance on her mat by creating peace in her inner world, and was instantly eager to share this power with others. She enjoys exploring the different ways the body provides us with feedback, and is passionate about educating others on the different languages of the body and how to tap into this intuitive knowledge. Kimberly continues to learn about eastern medicine and daily practices to evolve the collective and individual consciousness.
Kimberly moved to Oahu in 2014 and knew this was where she would embark on her yoga teaching journey. In 2016 she had the incredible opportunity to become a RYT 200 through mind.ful.on and lululemon where she was trained in vinyasa with a heavy ashtanga influence, grounded in meditation. Kimberly draws from the knowledge of her former and current teachers, as well as her academic education to guide her students through revitalizing and harmonizing flows. She encourages her students to stay present through pranayama and to understand the power of their thoughts both on and off the mat.
