Min Soo (a.k.a. Miso – like the soup!) found yoga in a gym. She took yoga asana classes as diversified training to compliment her functional training workouts. It was through her asana practice that she awoke to the deeper dimensions of yoga. She has also trained in Transcendental Meditation and Reiki; for her, a yoga practice is a never-ending journey of self-discovery, learning, and growing.
The mind-body-soul connection is extremely important to her while striving to live a balanced life with work, family/friends/keiki, and of course, yoga. She became a 200-RYT through Hawaii School of Yoga at Yoga Loft and looks forward to sharing the practice of yoga with you in her classes.
Teaching is learning and learning is teaching, as we journey together to the place inside ourselves where the entire universe dwells and we are one.
